PT. Anugerah Cendrawasih Sakti Motor ( PT. A C S M ) was established in 1999. Starting from its infancy as a small motorcycle assembling factory in Malang producing our National brand name “Happy” motorcycle for East Java, it has grown to a fully professional company with an extensive network of show rooms through out Indonesia.

From 1999 - 2000
The company invested in a 2 hectare land and started to build a motorcycle assembling factory situated at Jalan Raya Pakisaji 66, Malang, East Java, Indonesia.

From 2000 - 2001
Upon completion of the factory buildings and one motorcycle assembling belt in late 2000, the company with a work force of 25 employees started assembling motorcycles with the brand name ”Happy” which were distributed to its network of 40 show rooms in East Java. Production of “Happy” motorcycles rolled out of the factory.

From 2001 Present
Further investments were made by expanding the factory buildings to accommodate for an additional assembling belt and a motorcycle testing machine. The 2 assembling belts were capable of producing over 10,000 units of motorcycles a month to meet the ever increasing demand of “ Happy ” motorcycles through out Indonesia. Currently, the work force has grown to 250 professionally trained employees in the factory, supported by more than 75 show rooms through out Indonesia and still expanding rapidly.
